Please help i dont know if this is normal but my "outside lips" are not the same color as my skin it is much darker

I believe this is quite normal unless you are very very
thin. I think this is partially due to the friction of your lips
against your thighs.

Of course it's normal. Inner and outer lips both can be darker.

Rubbish. It has nothing to do with friction. It is just
natural pigmentation. Most men's scrotums are also differently
pigmented to the surrounding skin. It is natural and normal.
