Don't worry so much about it. I think that it is very common for women with large labia that some things hurts or pinches. Just avoit or adjust those things to fit your specific anatomy. A lot of panties are sewn together in a way that pinches us with large labia/clit but just buy other kinds, you can still find many sexy ones (or what ever style you go for). It almost seems to me as if there are those rare instances where labiaplasty of a limited type of procedure is beneficial, speaking of course to gain a benefit for normal sex, but only then.  

My wife has well endowed labia, but tells me it is only on very rare occassions there is discomfort, usually it involves the length of my fingernails when I'm handling her labia, when I have it in my mouth there is never a problem, the added lubrication negates all discomfort as opposed to when handling it with dry hands & contact with fingernails.

You almost seem like I could have written a post from a few months ago just for you, (see post # 2944). Bottom line, If some clothes cause pain, or wardrobe malfunctions...They're not for you. Fashion shouldn't hurt. If your boyfriend's Oral skills are hurting you, Then they aren't. He obviously loves your pussy, He just needs to learn to do it without hurting you.
