I did not masturbate and I have large labia and since I became sexually active/started masturbating, the size of my labia hasn't changed.
getting your labia bigger from masturbation and sex is the joke teenage kids like to make.  
Many small-lipped women have masturbated much more than you and you can just look at the small labia of porn stars to believe it.  
The real cause of big labia is genetics, hormonal changes, some pills (not sure which ones).
Unless you practice some extreme deliberate stretching, hanging weight from your labia, hanging yourself from the ceiling by your labia (what?), it's unlikely to get your labia permanently stretched.

I'm not gonna lie, from a very early age I used to masturbate by rubbing myself against a pillow and I did this all the time not knowing what it was. I often wonder if that was the cause of me having large labia but who knows eh.

Most men would love to have larger penises. As a man I can confidently say that I have never known a man to have created one via masturbation, although I once thought that's what happened to me, that is until I learned most pre-teen & teenaged boys were doing it far more than I did and were disappointed with the results. A lot of males in this age group have erroneously thought that the more you "play with it", the bigger it will get and are disappointed that by age 16 they still end up with 5- 6 inches or thereabouts.

My wife has well endowed labia, she has three sisters, she tells me two of her three sisters look just like she does & she never masturbated at any age. I have no idea what her mother was like. It's all in the genetics, like eye color, skin color, etc....either you've got the dominant genes for it or you don't.

Yes I'm "guilty" of using the shower head in my teens.... It was my so called "Vibrator" :)), I discovered the shower head when I was 15 and never went back..lol.

I most likely believe that having big lips/big clit has more to do with genetics than anything else and the reason I believe that is because most the ladies in my family have them.  

Oh and they grow after childbirth a bit, because of the hormones your body is went through while  pregnant.

Great, i had heard that they could grow with childbirth/pregnancy. I'm just really hoping that doesnt happen to me. Mine are already way out of proportion with my body cus im pretty petite. I agree that genetics probably does have a lot to do with it, but.. i still think other factors can make lips bigger than usual. LabiaLover, I see your point about how men's dicks dont grow from masturbation,but thats kind of different.. for women, its skin thats getting stretched beyond its natural capacity.. for men, its not gonna ever stretch longer than its made to (if that makes sense) Plus, i will say.. ever since ive told my bf to start sucking on my labia and hood rather just licking all the time, it does seem likes its a little bigger... guess it could be in my head though..

I somewhat see what you mean about "skin" differences between penises versus labia, but only partially, they are both nothing but "skin". I see your point from the standpoint of hormonal changes possibly associated with childbirth, but this did not happen to my wife after two babies, same labia before & after although she was using birth control pills for years before I met her, but she had  "endowed labia" even before that, she was not sexually active as a teenager and did not start birth control pills until after college.  

I showed this discussion to my wife, she has no interest in posting any comments, she doesn't care if I do, it's that she just seems ambivalent about these matters, probably because she has been such a beneficiary of attention from past lovers attraction to her endowment that she simply takes it for granted, simply put, she just doesn't see problems where other women do. I don't know if this helps or not, at least give me credit for trying.

I think it is genetics. I was born with large labia and they only got larger as I grew older. As for the shower head..whatever works. For me it was my electric toothbrush (no brush attached). 'Close to a vibrator, but a lot more discrete at the age of 11.

It's genetics. Unless you were pulling on your lips at a young age it's probably genetics. Me, my sister, and my mother all have lips. It probably extends deeper into our family but I never seemed the need to ask. It's just like body types. I have been told that most men take after their fathers in the penis department. I am sure it is genetic.

well, genetics may play some part, but i have three sisters all small and my mother is too, I am the only one with the butterfly pussy as i like to call it. Maybe i was the milk mans who knows,lol,
but my conclusion is that is to do with your hormones at puberty and studies of chemical changes in the body strongly suggest this too , goes along the lines of pigment of certain body parts, even pigement on the face.
the vulva also does develop slightly larger after child birth and multiply births just fractionally that a lot og girls would hardly notice , it is the same as nipple change after feeding children and of course sex attains to it as well. even with out stretching the sucking and playing with skin year after year does increase the skin in size once again and also once again sutly unless a lot of stretching is involved then it would be more noticable.

Woow , is great to find out im not a freak I always feel  weird cause i started masturbating at a very young age too (maybe at 8) i discovered the corner of my bed , and i still do it , im 22 now , and always blame that for my long labia.
