I guess the 'grip' you're talking about, comes from muscles inside the vagina. Big inner lips don't neccessarily mean more muscle tissue. Besides, even with big inner lips protruding out of the vulva, there's to my knowledge no muscle tissue outside of the vagina, so I guess the answer would be no. To get more grip, you can exercise those muscles.

I agree that larger labia minora do not necessarily grip tighter, but they do grip longer.... What I mean by that is that on the out-stroke, they will wrap around the head of the penis and provide additional stimulation, while holding it place in preparation for the next thrust.  This actually allows for longer thrusts, and helps avoid the embarrassing (and sometimes painful) slip-and-miss.
