I can't tell you how life-changing this site has been for me. For
YEARS i have struggled with the look of my labia. I always thought i
was some sort of a freak for having labia that hung down from the
rest of my body. I can't tell you how many nights i have cried myself
to sleep feeling ashamed, disgusting and un-womanly/feminine because
of my large labia. i have seriously considered a labiaplasty many
many times and was very close to making an appointment with a
plastic-surgeon. i will NOT be getting this surgery any longer and am
thankful for that.
i even had a long discussion with my
ob-gyn who was extremely sensitive to the issue and re-assured me
that i am completely normal. Even my fiancee says they're beautiful
and thinks i'm crazy that still, to this day (even after he saw me
give birth to our son) i am very shy about letting him look at me
naked.
but no longer. i can't tell you what a weight
has been lifted off of me. I really needed to SEE that i am not the
only woman with large labia! to me the site is more pornographic than
i would like to see but i think it is the idea that it is not just a
"medical image" of someone with large labia, but showing how
BEAUTIFUL and SEXY they can be. i think thats what has finally
convinced me. i'm now excited for my fiancee to get home from work so
we can enjoy and explore my new-found RESPECT for my own large labia.
