Well, I can only speak for myself. I'm a virgin, I'm 19 years old, and I have 'big lips', meaning my inner labia protrude.

I'd say it's in the genes. I didnt have big labia all my life, it came with puberty.

It's genetic. Just like genetics determines the size and shape of your penis, it also determines the size and shape of a woman's labia.  

Sex has nothing to do with it. Lots of women have large labia long before they ever begin having sex, and having sex does not enlarge or stretch out a women's labia, no matter how much sex she has or how large her partner may be (the idea that a man could be so huge that he could permanently alter a women's size or shape is laughable!!!).

Ive had large lips from when I can remember (although in proportion to my growing body). And I remember when I was about 8 being naked with 2 friends - we were changing to go into the swimming pool. I remember them lauging at me at looking at me down there!! I didn't realise until that day that I might be different in some way...I have never forgotten that day and it was probably the start of the reason that I nearly had surgery myself a few years ago!!...although I would say that this website has helped me alot to change my mind about going ahead with it!!!
