just a quick message to say that this is a great site for many reasons.......but i find it difficult to understand why (even considering all of our general self-confidence problems) any woman would even think of surgery to reduce her labia. i've never heard of any man expressing distaste with such a beautiful attribute.......and it remains one of my personal deepest desires. i suspect that some women tend to CREATE the illusion of distaste from their partner because their partner obviously perceives that something is wrong (because of HER discomfort). at any rate, i just wanted to say that large labia are one of the CORNERSTONES of a beautiful woman. heaven forbid that a woman would want to change that. would a man want a penis reduction?
Dear t. roberts,
I believe it is a lack of education that makes some women hate their enlarged labia. Women in general are usually more self-conscious than men about their physical appearance. Some are almost pathologically critical of their bodies. So when a girl goes through puberty and notices that her labia are bigger than many of her classmates, she might just end up disliking herself for it, especially if no one has ever told her that it can make her in fact more attractive to men. It's up to guys like us to speak out and spread the word!
