What about bigger...everything?

I posted here sometime ago (# 2698) and I received just the kind of support I needed, so thanks to you all for that! Now I have a different problem. When I posted, I had just turned 18 and was finishing up high school. I'm now newly 20, and in my second year of college; I've lost weight since last year but boy, did that freshman 15 get me! So my question is, what about girls who are big all around? I went from a US dress size 6/8 to a 12/14. My legs at least gained weight that is pretty much all muscle, but as someone I know recently snidely commented, "Muscle or fat, big is still big." I've got DD breasts and a small waist that I used to think could make up for my less than desirable labia, but since I've gained weight I sort of feel as if I'm back at square one. Any advice/encouragement would mean the absolute WORLD to me, thank you :]

There is nothing wrong with muscular legs and they look very fetching on a fine strapping lass ! I have a pair myself due to martial arts and hill walking !
Many men, myself included, like athletic looking women, so it definately is not a turn off ! X

KT:

First step from my perspective is not to refer to your labia as "less than desirable."  If you believe something about you is unattractive, others may be more inclined to agree.  I'm sure you're aware that there are plenty of men that would find them very, very desirable.  Never forget it!  Read posts 1 - 3524 if you need a refresher.  ;)

Along the same vein, I'd say the second step is to decide either to be happy about your body as it is or do something to change those things you can.  Change is not so tough if you're committed.  A little more difficult is learning to accept those things you cannot change.  It is an art.  Time and patience are the keys.

If you believe you need to lose weight, I've had remarkable success by limiting consumption of wheat and other insulin-producing foods.  I know I've said it before around here so forgive the redundancy.  Feel free to email me and I'll happily refer you to some resources.  Not a sales pitch by the way -- just sharing what worked for me.  These days I'm wearing pants that didn't have contact with my ass for ten years.  It's a beautiful thing.

KT,

It sounds like you've developed from a slender teenager into a voluptuous sexy young woman. I think your acquaintance really let their ignorance show.

There is quite a difference between muscle and fat and it seems that a lot of your increase in size and weight is muscle. What you've described is a classic hourglass figure that will get you noticed a lot more than your previous size 6/8. If you doubt that. marilyn Monroe was not a size 6, she was a size 14.

You sound sexy as hell. If you ever decide to show off, I'll happily look.

KT,

Damn, I remember that post!

So yeah, like Tempest said, it sounds like your body is just developing more, and getting stronger/sexier.

I have to say, but my girlfriend is a size 6, and she's a "thick" little thing, because her muscles are muscular, and she's got a slim waist, and tight abs -- so looks can be deceiving.

Pay no mind to the person who said: "big is big" -- that's just retarded.

Muscular is sexy. . .I'm one of the guys that finds that attractive, as do many other guys.

Do you know how good it is for me when she wraps her muscular little legs (she's only 5'3" compared to me being 6'0") around my head when I'm licking her pussy??!?

Or how it feels when I grab on to them when we have sex?!?

It drives me batty. . .please do not pay attention to your friends, and the obvious bad information they're giving you.

Just stay muscular if you like being that way, and work on making yourself feel better.

If you want a real opinion, send me a picture of your body fully clothed from the neck down, and then without clothes from the neck down, and I'll give you my honest opinion.

Include your face if you want -- I know some women have been funny about that in the past, but if you're okay with it, I won't share unless you give me permission, and I will definitely give you my honest opinion. =0)

Like my mother has always told me, "A man needs something to grab onto!"

There's nothing wrong with muscular legs. I have thick thighs, toned legs, and a firm butt. I'm 5'3" with measurements 34"-chest 27"-waist and 38" hips, and weigh 125 ( a good 7-10lbs is muscle). My dress size is a 4/6. A little curve never hurts, but it always helps!

Why, whenever I travel through public transportation and wear a leg baring outfit the guys always whisper about them. One stranger said something along the lines of, "strong legs means more fun in the bedroom." It made me blush a bit but at the same time I had to pat myself on the back. Even women admire them.

The average woman is your current size. The model size ( 00-0) isn't quite attractive with bones sticking out and hollow cheeks. A woman is supposed to have some meat-plump hips and a nice sway for bearing children whether it's fat or muscle. Men are very visual creatures and you'll definitely reel them in with those knockers and physique.

All that matters is that YOU'RE happy with your body image.
