I am only 16 years old but I have been uncomfortable with my labias
ever since 13.
I am very insecure about them and have
contacted many plastic surgeons about the labia minora reduction and
am considering getting one when I am 18. This site has helped me a
little but I'm still embarassed. I have a boyfriend and we have been
wanting to have sex and I would really like to but I am so afraid of
his reaction. I don't want him to laugh and think i'm abnormal. Are
you sure that men like large labias? Also, does only one person run
this website? Are you a man? If so, what is your opinion about women
with large labias? Obviously you like them but is there any
explanation or anything which will make me feel the least bit better?

To answer some of your questions: Yes, I'm sure men like large
labia. Not all men, but plenty. Second, yes only one person—me—runs
this site, and I'm a man. And you would like to know my opinion about
women with large labia? I ADORE THEM! For an explanation, well...

Teenagers your age are often confused about their sexuality. It damn sucks, but that's just part of growing up. Here is a letter of another confused girl like you. I strongly urged her to wait at least until her early twenties before making such a drastic decision. Please don't rush into a surgery you might regret one day!
