Confused

Hi, I'm 19 and have rather large labia minora. My boyfriend and I had a great relationship... until we had sex for the first time. After that first time, the sex became less and less frequent. This was not because of a lack of wanting on my part- my boyfriend was wonderful in all aspects and I was happy to share my body with him. He just lost interest, and it became very painful for me to try to seduce him and have him push me away, or even ignore me completely. I have never been embarrassed or uncomfortable about my labia before, but do you think that could be the cause of his disinterest in sex? Thanks!
